Great team, years of experience and it shows! No ‘big sell’ either which I really appreciate and they truly listen to what you need (and your budget) . 2nd time I have used Focus on Flooring and I wouldn’t go anywhere else . Highly recommend ! Read more Read less

The flooring product itself is great, A but the customer service and process at Perth Focus on Flooring were well below expectations. We bought hybrid floorboards and were told to pay the installer directly because they “don’t deal with tradies.” Yet we also purchased skirting boards including labour through them, and the same tradie installed everything — which felt inconsistent and confusing. Communication was poor. week before installation we called to confirm payment details because we’d heard nothing. We were told someone would call us back, but no one did. Instead, we received a panicked call on installation day asking why we hadn’t paid. When we needed extra boards, Oz was abrupt, rude, and clearly annoyed about organising them. Throughout the process, I felt spoken over and dismissed, with most of the conversation directed at my husband simply because he’s male. The installation quality was good, but some gaps on the stairs were left unfinished. We’ll be fixing those ourselves because Focus on Flooring claims no responsibility for the installer — despite recommending him and taking payment for part of the labour. If you like their products, my advice is to find it at another place that does the product, install and customer service in an all in one package. Read more Read less

Fair price and good quality, but make sure to calculate exactly how much you need. Otherwise, they may encourage you to buy more than necessary—I ended up with an extra 15 square meters of flooring. Read more Read less

My first impression of Focus on was I a Flooring very good. visited the store through friend’s recommendation, and the staff seemed friendly and welcoming to customers. However, after purchasing an item — which was never opened or unpacked — I was refused a refund. There was no clear information provided at the time of purchase that refunds were not available. Because I came through a friend’s introduction, I didn’t want to argue over $100. I am writing this review so that future customers can carefully check the store’s refund policy before making a purchase. As for me, I won’t be buying from here again, and I won’t be recommending this place to others. Read more Read less

Our experience with Phil and Lea at on Focus Flooring has been absolutely outstanding. From the very beginning, their professionalism, communication, and genuine care made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Even when we noticed a slight issue with the colouring of a couple of planks, all it took was a quick phone call. The way they handled it was exceptional — no hassle, no drama, just pure professionalism. They addressed it straight away and made sure everything was perfect. We’re extremely happy with our new floor. The workmanship, the service, and the attitude from the team were all first-class. Thank you Phil and Lea — highly recommended. Five stars. Our experience was extremely At first, disappointing. the salesperson, Lea, was very friendly and helpful. However, once the payment was made, his attitude completely changed — he became rude and dismissive, and failed to keep any of his promises. He also prevented us from speaking directly with the person who was going to install the laminate flooring before the work began, which led to several avoidable problems during installation. The measurements were taken incorrectly, and this caused delays and unnecessary stress. To make matters worse, whenever we tried to contact Lea for support, he ignored our calls and never responded. Overall, we felt completely let down by the lack of professionalism and poor customer service. We do not recommend this experience to anyone. Read more Read less

Highly recommend Perth Focus on The is Flooring. product excellent and I am very pleased with my new floor. Additionally the service I received, blew me away! Ozden went above and beyond to help me find demolition and installation contractors to meet my super tight timeline and facilitated a last minute addition to the scope. Both contractors were excellent in their own right and I would recommend both of them as well. Read more Read less

We couldn’t be happier with our at On experience Four Flooring! Oz was incredibly helpful, professional, and accommodating from start to finish. He guided us in choosing the perfect carpet and wood flooring for our home & saving us thousands compared to the big chain suppliers. OZ also coordinated top-notch tradies to handle the installation, and they did a fantastic job. It’s rare to find good old-fashioned service these days, and the team truly delivered. Phil provided a good level of service I and the product was great, however they have 3rd party contractors who lay the flooring. We had Max who slapped down the floors with low quality workmanship. We had two different scotia colours, gaps in the scotia and glue everywhere staining the wood. They also dumped all their lunch wrappers outside my door. We called Phil to discuss the poor quality workmanship and he didn’t want to know, redirecting us to Max. Max admitted the colours were not aa ordered and different types laid. He informed us they didn’t have our chosen colour in stock. After some discussion he returned turned to rectify the issue then stated the trims were different not the scotia. took plenty of photos of the product wrapping which detailed two different colour types. In the end, I didn’t have any confidence they would rectify to a reasonable standard and sent him home after they removed the glue stains as best as they could. We will now look for another tradesperson and company to rectify. Be vary of this place and avoid Max. Read more Read less

I cannot recommend Focus on Flooring to enough. From when Gordon first responded my email and Paul helped us in store, the free measure & quote, and all the way through installation, the service was absolutely fantastic. Paul focused on both our needs and ensuring the long-term quality of the vinyl plank flooring we wanted, brought extra samples during the measure & quote as we were unsure on colour, and also managed to somehow install the flooring in our tiny place where furniture had to be moved all over the place! The installation is flawless and the high quality project Paul helped us choose is just *wow*. Whenever we needed to get in touch with the store, Gordon was right onto it and always a pleasure to chat to. And not only is the service excellent; the pricing is extremely competitive! If you want a quality product and installation with excellent service that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, just go straight to Focus on Flooring. We're telling everyone we know how great this place is. (And if anyone likes the product we have in the photos, it's Inovar Grey Steel, which is a nice neutral mix of grey and beige that looks nice in both daylight and warm lighting at night).
